The Stalder Group of Companies, recently renamed as Swisse-Phil Holdings Corp. was founded by Christopher Stalder (a Swiss citizen) and his wife Dina De La Paz Stalder (a Filipina).
The premium Diana Stalder line of products was named after their teenage daughter.
Dina dela Paz Stalder is a graduate of BS Medical Technology and in 1994 she went on to Nottingham, England to further study facial skin care procedures. In 1996, the Dermaline Facial & Skin Care Center was established, and it is now one of the biggest skin care clinics in the Philippines.
Stalder Laboratories Inc., located in San Pablo, Laguna, is where Diana Stalder products are manufactured. It is one of the biggest skin care manufacturing companies in the Philippines.
In 2005, the Stalders achieved the Marketing Excellence Award – For the Most Outstanding Facial Skin Care Center in the Philippines. The Stalders also earned the Global Excellence Awards for Filipino Achievers – Most Outstanding Entrepreneur for the Facial & Skin Care Products Category in 2006.
